Senior Merchandiser
We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage key buyer accounts, oversee order execution, and coordinate with factories to ensure on-time and within-quality delivery.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in garments merchandising
- Strong knowledge of buyer requirements (Europe & North America)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience with compliance and social audits is a plus
Quality Control Inspector
Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections at partner factories. Ensure products meet buyer specifications, AQL standards, and compliance requirements before shipment.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in garment QC/QA
- Familiarity with AQL inspection standards
- Knowledge of fabric construction and garment assembly
- Willingness to travel to factory locations
- Report writing in English
Sourcing Executive
Support the sourcing team in identifying and evaluating potential factories, negotiating pricing, and managing new product development samples from concept to approval.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years in apparel sourcing or buying house operations
- Good understanding of costing and price negotiation
- Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices is a plus
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Compliance & Sustainability Officer
Monitor factory compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct and local labour laws. Support CSR initiatives and help implement our sustainability roadmap across the supply chain.
Key Requirements
- Experience with social auditing frameworks (SMETA
- BSCI
- etc.)
- Knowledge of Bangladesh labour law and factory safety standards
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Passion for ethical and sustainable supply chains
Internship Programme
We welcome motivated students and fresh graduates interested in garment sourcing, merchandising, QA, or sustainability. Our structured internship programme offers hands-on experience with real buyer accounts and factory visits.
Key Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree programme
- Enthusiasm for the global fashion and textile industry
